On Monday (May 5, 2025), Paul Fox, a devoted husband to Laurie; father of five children; grandpa of seven; and great-grandpa of one, passed away at the age of 78. 

Paul was born on April 10, 1947, to Owen and Ruth Fox in Ottawa. Paul received his associate degree in business at the School of Business in Peoria. He married Laurie Dilley on June 12, 1970. They went on to have five children, Paula (Dave), Paul Jr. (Tammy), Brandon, Michael (Jennifer) and Patrick (Amanda).

Paul served seven years in the Air Force and served 31 in government service with the post office before retiring in 2000. He had a passion for scrapbooking and coin collecting. Known for his wry sense of humor, his memory will live on.
